Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Bryngwran. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial transactions and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional waste management services.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
Utilize QuickBooks for efficient financial record-keeping.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in preparing financial reports as needed.
Implementing & setting up direct debits.
Maintain positive communication with clients regarding their accounts.
Support the implementation of accounting software updates and improvements.
Assisting with Payroll Preparation.
Qualifications
Proven experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, and other accounting software.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Familiarity with accounts payable processes is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills for client interactions.
