This is a professional B2B sales role within an established and highly successful business. While prior experience in high-value advertising or media sales is desirable, it is not essential. Demonstrable experience of being successful in a target-driven environment is highly desirable.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, driving sales, and identifying new business opportunities within the global industrial gases sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Engage with clients via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams to understand their needs.
Recommend tailored advertising and sponsorship solutions that align with client objectives.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to maximise cross-business sales opportunities.
Meticulos to attention to detail, in managing and updating sales data within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Create an active sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting, to exceed revenue targets.
About You
We are looking for a confident, results-driven professional with strong verbal and written communication skills and a passion for relationship-building.
You will be following a "Value Selling" sales framework in order to maximise all opportunities.
This role would be better suited to a "hunter-mindset" given the focus on new business, so being comfortable in high volumes of customer engagement is a must as you would be expected to drive significant outbound activity, in the region of 30-50 meaninful connections a day.

Desirable Experience (Not Essential):
1+ year experience in B2B sales, account management, or media/advertising sales.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
