to play a key role in managing and optimizing day-to-day operations across our global e-commerce and digital partner network.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do





Product Onboarding & Platform Management: Coordinate new product launches, ensuring timely setup and accurate listings across e-commerce platforms. Account & Stakeholder Management: Support internal and external relationships, maintaining up-to-date product catalogues, promotions, and inventory. Order & Fulfilment Oversight: Monitor order flow and resolve fulfilment issues to ensure timely, accurate delivery. Reporting & Insights: Generate and analyse sales and operational reports to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Customer & Partner Support: Address gift card-related issues by collaborating with customer service teams and external vendors. Process Optimization & Collaboration: Identify inefficiencies and work cross-functionally with account managers, finance, and operations to enhance workflows.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For





Industry Experience: Background in retail or e-commerce operations, with a strong understanding of support functions. Organisational Skills: Exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proactive Mindset: Self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and a hands-on approach to challenges. Team-Oriented: Collaborative and supportive team player who contributes to a positive work environment. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for both internal and external interactions. Tech Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
