Office based role: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) in our Milton Keynes office.





Support the UK&I teams with account specific administrative tasks and remote customer management. This role is vital in ensuring professional customer service and account management for all channels. A great opportunity to play a pivotal part in the ensuring the continued growth of these customers. Tasks will include data management, supporting retail activation and promotions, processing installation requests, being the conduit between sales and service, working with the ERP project team and dealing with general customer enquiries and assisting the sales team in all aspects of delivering great customer service.


Principal Elements and Responsibilities:




Establish strong and professional relationships internally with all departments within UCC which will enable swift problem resolution and support with tasks as required. Be the account manager for some UCC customers who can be managed remotely. Account support to the sales team on key customers across our UK&I business Confidence in liaising with key decision makers across the Sales Teams. Be proactive and solution driven in the approach to problems, taking accountability and ownership to deliver solutions for customers. Represent UCC Coffee in a professional and reliable way, by owning issues and always ensuring clear communication.

The Role:




Respond quickly to all in-coming enquires (phone or email) and follow through within agreed customer timeframes. Involved in Retail team promotional planning and activation Ensure all quotations raised are accurate and according to agreed pricing structure and margins specified. Process ERFs within SLAs as and when required. Liaise with internal teams for completion. Processing changes of ownerships for individual sites. Ensure accuracy of asset database. Loading sales and managing customer info on UCC internal systems. Escalating tech issues to the team and working through a resolution. Plan own proactive work schedule to meet customers or sales deadlines with our standard SLA's. Invoice queries from both customers and internal finance team. Fielding avoidable call queries and parts price queries. Assist with install, servicing, repair or any ad hoc queries. Opening new accounts/Closing Accounts/Account Amendments. Assist the Sales teams with various tasks, Tenders, certificates, COSHH or other requests where reasonable. Ensuring KPIs are updated for sustainability. Be able to make great coffee!
