Account Support Manager

24,000pa 32,000 OTE -- You will achieve your OTE via meeting targets and expectations within your remit

Hybrid -- mainly home based occasional visits to Leeds HQ for meetings

We are seeking a motivated and detail orientated Account Support Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts of our field sales colleagues, preparing prices and tenders and ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse client needs while providing tailored solutions. The Account Manager will also utilise our CRM to track interactions and performance metrics, fostering strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities



Develop and maintain strong relationships with our sales team to understand their needs and provide exceptional service to the nd user. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue. Price for tenders, liaise with franchisees and other stakeholders in order to produce competitive tenders and prepare contracts. Utilise Salesforce to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and analyse performance data. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise. Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends for management review. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential impacts on client accounts.

Experience



Proven experience in a sales support or account management role is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will need to be first class
