What you will get to do

Get to lead and mentor a talented accounts team Get to review financial statements, working papers, and reports for accuracy Get to manage workloads and running weekly team updates Get to act as the main point of contact for the team & clients, building strong relationships Get to monitor budgets and drive efficiencies Get to stay ahead of evolving financial reporting standards Get to support business development and spot new opportunities

What We're Looking For

ACA/ACCA qualified with 3-5+ years' post-qualified experience Commercially aware, organised, and able to prioritise competing demands A proactive communicator who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines Previous UK practice experience is essential
