Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and your client portfolio.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to clients.
Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure service excellence.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Handle client issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and client developments.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in
Account Management, Business Development
, or
Client Services
(minimum 1-3 years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Commercially minded with the ability to identify client needs and offer value-driven solutions.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
