For over 30 years we've been protecting people across the UK and Europe with our innovative copper and silver ionisation systems and water hygiene services. Now, we're on the lookout for an ambitious Accountant who wants more than just another finance role. This is a chance to step into a business that's growing fast and carve out a career where you'll eventually run the finance department.

The Role

This isn't a back-office, routine accounts job. You'll be right in the middle of the action, working closely with our leadership team, helping us make smarter financial decisions and keeping the business on track to grow.

Day-to-day, you'll take care of the nuts and bolts of finance (invoices, management accounts, payroll support, credit control), but you'll also be encouraged to spot opportunities, challenge costs, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

You'll also pitch in with some office admin (we're a small team, so everyone rolls up their sleeves), but the real opportunity here is to shape your role and your future.

What You'll Be Doing

Owning supplier invoice processing and payment runs Producing sharp monthly management accounts (clear P&L) Helping with payroll, P11Ds, and expense management Driving credit control and keeping cash flow strong Reviewing spend and finding ways to save Working with external accountants on year-end accounts Supporting audits and ad-hoc projects Jumping in on light office admin like booking hotels, sorting post, and helping run our quarterly company meetings

What We're Looking For

ACCA / ACA Part-Qualified, AAT Qualified, or QBE (Qualified by Experience) Some solid experience in accounts or bookkeeping Confident with numbers, reporting, and accounting systems - Xero, Telleroo, Salesforce. A sharp eye for detail, but also someone who sees the bigger picture Comfortable using Excel, Outlook and other systems Proactive, trustworthy, and keen to take ownership Most importantly: someone ambitious, with the drive to step up and lead our finance team in the future
