Accountant
Job Description
I'm looking to fill the position of part time Accountant for our busy accountancy firm.
The successful candidate will work with Xero and Hubdoc software, and Iris to facilitate monthly bookkeeping activities for clients, VAT Returns, Year End Accounts and Taxation.
The ideal candidate for this position is looking for a long-term position in a growing firm.
Responsibilities:
Use Hubdoc and Xero software to facilitate bookkeeping roles.
use Iris Accountancy Suite for Company Accounts and Taxation.
Use payroll software for monthly payroll.
Self Assessment Tax Returns for clients.
Company Taxation.
Be confident to manage clients and own workflow.
It is ESSENTIAL the candidate has experience of working in Practice.
Experience of Xero is essential.

Oakham LE15 6AQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Xero accounts software: 1 year (required)
Accountancy in practice: 1 year (required)
