Colour Dynamics Ltd is a family business based in Corby, Northamptonshire.

The business was formed in June 2005 and has over 30 years' experience in the manufacturing and distribution of Wet Paint, High Performance Coatings and Powder Coating, to a variety of businesses throughout the UK.

Due to the retirement of our long serving Finance Manager, we are looking to engage an experienced and qualified or part-qualified finance professional to provide the business with prompt and accurate financial information and support.

You will be required to update all existing ledgers and run a weekly / monthly payroll for about 10 employees. Complete Bank reconciliations, update all ledger accounts, provide monthly management accounts, VAT Returns and prepare financial information for board meetings.

If you have the experience in developing costings for the business this will also be very beneficial.

We have access to remote HR Support, however; experience in the handling of general HR duties will also form part of your day-to-day duties.

We believe that as you will need to have access to information in the manufacturing and distribution areas of the business that working on site will be a requirement; however, some flexibility may be available if required.

Ideally you will be available to work 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with a start time of around 10am and finish of 3pm, however we may have some flexibility and could be able to accommodate a variety of requests that allow you to support the business for at least 25 hours per week and perhaps more hours if required, especially at month end which is a time critical period.

Pay is pro-rata based on hours worked.
