Duties

Maintain accurate records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or PeopleSoft. Manage tasks, including budgeting and forecasting activities. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making. Participate in mentoring initiatives to enhance your professional development and support team growth. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies during all accounting activities. Audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required. Payroll

Qualifications

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable. Knowledge of financial services principles and practices is beneficial. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members and stakeholders. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills in financial accounting and management.
