Accountant (R2R) - Chester
Job Purpose:
Support Global Financial Services (GFS) Market lead in tasks related to accounting/tax and drive interaction between local accounting team and GFS partners. Manage, co-ordinate & execute the end-to-end GFS processes executed in delivery centres.
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting or equivalent business experience
- AAT qualified/ACCA or CIMA part- or fully qualified
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Fluent in English. Another European would highly desirable
- Oracle Hyperion (Desirable)
- Excellent computer skills with competencies in major ERP platforms (preference SAP ECC)
- Excellent knowledge of record to report processes in a multinational company
- Experience of audit and year end close process
