Key Responsibilities
Day to day bookkeeping
Managing purchase and sales ledgers, processing suppliers' invoices and monthly payments
Bank Reconciliation
Preparing monthly management accounts and year end accounts, liaising with Auditors
Monthly composite reporting to manufacture
Completing Vat returns and payroll preparation.
HR for Company liaising with external HR Company
Reconciliation of Balance sheet
Cash flow
In addition to this, our rental and training Company, providing monthly management accounts which uses xero accounting software.
Provan accounting experience, ideally within the motor trade. Knowledge of accounting software, Pinnacle (Motor trade) but no essential as full training will be given
The successful candidate must be reliable, detail oriented and able to work independently and possess a positive and friendly attitude.

Tuesday-Thursday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, I hour for lunch. One of the days can be hybrid working from home.
