We're looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our Digital Finance team as part of our highly regarded non-graduate finance apprenticeship scheme.

Our non-graduate trainee programme is the perfect for school and post 6th form leavers, or career changers and graduates who don't meet our graduate scheme criteria.

At BHP, you'll do more than balance books. From day one, you'll be working on real client projects, gaining hands-on experience and developing your professional skills alongside some of the most talented people in the industry. You'll be supported to study towards your AAT Level 3, followed by the ACCA qualification, through a fully funded training programme, giving you the tools and knowledge to build a brilliant career in digital finance and beyond.?

Who we're looking for

You'll need to be:?

A post 6th form school leaver or career changer with a minimum of 96 UCAS points form three A Levels or equivalent, plus 5 GCSEs (including English Language and Maths) at grade C/4 or above.

Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn. The kind of person who asks questions, seeks out feedback, and strives to improve.?

A confident communicator and a team player.?

Someone with a head for numbers and a genuine interest in business and finance.?
