We are a friendly and supportive team of around 11, professionally trained with a wealth of experience and knowledge.



You will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to a broad portfolio of personal, sole trader, partnership and limited company clients, including:

Preparation of accounts and tax returns Bookkeeping and VAT return preparation Providing assistance, advice and support to colleagues and clients Attending training courses and continuing professional development Working in line with internal systems, processes and standards

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 4.30pm (30-min lunch break)

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C / 4 or above 3 A Levels (or equivalent) at Grade C or above AAT qualification (or working towards it), or equivalent Experience working in a UK accounting practice Confidence working independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Knowledge and experience of accounting software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure Initiative, problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude Ambition, professionalism and a passion for delivering excellent client service
