Our client is seeking a fully Qualified Accountant (CA or ACCA) with a strong background in practice who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors, with growing responsibility
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and financial statements
• Providing business advisory services and value-add solutions to clients
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members, including reviewing their work
• Liaising directly with clients, HMRC, and other third parties
• Contributing to the development and growth of client relationships

Key Requirements:

• Fully Qualified Accountant (CA or ACCA)
• Proven experience within an accountancy practice
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, client-centric approach with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Commercially minded with an eye for identifying opportunities to add value
