Job Title: Accounting Manager - Induction Healthcare





Location: Remote, UK - with occasional travel to company offices





Reports to: Senior Director of Finance





Work schedule: Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week




The Opportunity:





Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager (Induction Healthcare), will be responsible for the entire finance function of Vitalhub's UK subsidiary, Induction Healthcare, including owning month-end close duties, financial modelling, and financial operations. The role would be ideal for those interested in owning the finance function in a growing software company.




Your Responsibilities:





Lead the financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities, while driving process efficiency. Supervise and develop accounting team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Assist with integration of Induction into the finance department and the Netsuite system. Lead financial forecasting and budgeting, providing analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance. Serve as a key financial partner to the Induction General Manager, delivering timely reports, supporting business planning, and contributing to operational strategies. Assist with the year-end audit. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, while proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks.

Essential Experience:





Bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance/Accounting, Qualified ACCA Extensive experience in a similar field, with IFRS experience Advanced Excel skills Experience with accounting software Netsuite is preferred. Experience managing a team Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced demanding environment, with the ability to work under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines with accurate data. Exceptional attention to details and organization skills Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness with a strong sense of urgency - Get it done attitude!
