In order to further support our growth in the UK, we are looking for a new colleague that will take care of the accounting and administration of I-care Reliability UK ltd. located in Manchester. Your role: In this role you will become responsible for the entire administration and accounting of our legal entity in the UK. Our activities in the UK are growing steadily, so we look forward to hiring somebody that wants to grow with us. Under the supervision of the Group Accounting director and the Country director, your main tasks will be:

  • General accounting (GL, AP, AR, Bank, closings, factoring booking, financial statements,...)
  • Project administration, invoicing, credit management (reminder & cash follow-up)
  • Monthly Financial reporting to the headquarter
  • Review of payroll and expenses.
  • General administration: purchase of material, travel management, contract management (vehicle leasing, telephony, health, office, etc.), dispatch management.
  • Management of grants/subsidies.
  • Management of supplier registration documentation, occupational risk prevention, etc.
  • Direct contact with customers, accounting team and external stakeholders (banks, auditors, administration, \xe2\x80\xa6)
Who are we looking for:
  • You have a degree in Accounting, Business Administration and Management (with accounting experience), or equivalent proven experience.
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar position will be an asset.
  • You have good communication and analytical skills and a willingness to work with cross-functional colleagues and customers.
  • You are a responsible, organised and autonomous person who shows initiative and creativity in problem solving.
  • You are trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
  • You are familiar with the Office package, especially Excel, and have a good command of Google tools (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.) as well as other computer applications.
  • You are willing and eager to be in a continuous learning environment.
