We're growing--and we're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounting Specialist (Accounts Payable) to join our team. What You'll Be Doing:

As our Accounting Specialist--AP, you'll play a vital role in our finance team, ensuring that auditors are paid accurately and on time, and that our client invoicing and vendor bill processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
-------------------------
Process auditors' expense reports using Salesforce/Amtivo Connect and client invoices
Ensure accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies in auditor submissions
Manage weekly auditor payments
Invoice clients for auditor-related expenses
Onboard new auditors into NetSuite, maintaining up-to-date records for contracts, addresses, and 1099s
Enter and track vendor bills, manage approval workflows, and issue payments post-approval
Liaise with clients to resolve expense-related queries
Review daily positive pay items for approval
Perform GL accounting tasks including reconciliations and adjustments
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Take on additional accounting/finance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant accounting or AP experience
Bachelor's degree a plus (not required)
Solid understanding of general ledger and AP processes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong customer service mindset and team spirit
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar systems a bonus
Commitment to integrity, learning, and continuous improvement
