Golden Keys Care Agency is a family run business. We have been a part of the community in Southend on Sea for many years, working with Southend City Council for all those years, successfully, doing domiciliary care in the community.

Also, with our residential department running alongside our Domiciliary department we run a very successful company.

We are seeking the right candidate who has the ability and passion with bright personality, to stimulate new growth in our organisation through marketing.

Who is a dynamic, enthusiastic candidate who is also able to work well with figures and spreadsheet.

We are seeking a proactive Accounting/Marketing assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to have the ability to stimulate growth and to also assist with the accounts team with invoicing & statements.

You will be required to venture out of the office to find new clients in the care sector, visiting new residential / nursing homes to be successful and obtain contracts to grow our business to the next tier.

Driving licence and your own car is a must.

This role requires you to be successful in winning new contracts with a new care/nursing home, firstly in the Southend area.

DBS Check.

Responsibilities

To gain new B2B clients. Face to face appointments/meetings at the care / nursing homes. Collaborate and work with the recruitment team to optimise effectiveness. Maintain daily/weekly reports updates of visits to a care/ nursing home. Update your manager with feedback and reports. Work with accounting team.

Skills

Strong tactic skills with the ability to succeed in winning a contract. B2B marketing techniques. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for client interactions. Strong IT skills with the ability to adapt quickly with our internal systems. Excellent time management and organisational skills simultaneously. Work well with figures and spreadsheets. Good repour with colleagues. Strong communication skills in and out of the office.
