Job Summary:




The

Account Manager / Relationship Manager

will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring long-term relationships, satisfaction, and growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide product guidance, and ensure they maximize the value of our solutions. This is a customer-focused role that requires a blend of account management, relationship building, and sales skills to maintain and expand our client base in the Proptech industry.

Key Responsibilities:




Client Relationship Management:




Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships. Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions. Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and driving continuous improvement.

Account Growth & Retention:




Identify opportunities to expand and upsell services and solutions to existing clients, ensuring customer success. Monitor account health and deliver value, ensuring that clients are fully leveraging the product suite to meet their needs. Actively drive contract renewals and long-term engagements.

Consultative Sales Approach:




Work with clients to understand their strategic objectives and provide relevant recommendations using Proptech solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to convert opportunities and onboard new clients smoothly. Assist in presentations and product demonstrations, ensuring clients understand the full range of offerings.

Client Onboarding & Training:




Support the onboarding process, ensuring seamless implementation and integration of our solutions. Provide product training and ongoing support to help clients optimize usage and maximize return on investment.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:




Work closely with product, technical support, and customer success teams to address client needs and resolve issues. Provide feedback to the product team to help refine and improve our solutions based on customer input.

Market Insights & Reporting:




Track and analyze account performance metrics (e.g., usage, satisfaction, renewals). Provide regular reports and updates to management on account status, growth opportunities, and customer feedback.

Problem Solving & Support:




Address any technical or operational issues, collaborating with the support team to provide timely solutions. Ensure clients' issues are resolved promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:




Experience:

3-5 years of experience in account management, relationship management, or customer success, preferably in the Proptech or technology sector.

Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of the Proptech landscape, including property management, real estate technology, and smart building solutions.

Sales Skills:

Ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, driving growth within existing accounts.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Problem-Solving:

Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a customer-first mentality and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Project Management:

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with Proptech platforms, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and general technology-driven solutions.

Team Collaboration:

Strong team player who can work cross-functionally with sales, support, and technical teams.
