We're looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our client accounting team. This role is essential in supporting the financial management of income and expenditure, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the production of client reports. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, helping to ensure the financial integrity of our client accounts.

What You'll Be Doing



Income Management



Assist with raising service charge and rental income, including turnover calculations and rent deposit maintenance Manage accounting for additional income streams (e.g. car parks, shopping centres, interest on late payments) Prepare completion statements for property sales and lease terminations Process tenant refunds as instructed

Expenditure Management



Liaise with site teams to ensure service charge expenditure is accurate Maintain records for tenant-recoverable costs

Reporting



Support the production of regular client reports Complete banking summaries within agreed timelines Assist with statutory and regulatory reporting (e.g. HMRC, RICS)

Team Collaboration



Work with the wider client accounting team to manage workload Build great working relationships to support team success

What You'll Bring



Skills and Experience



Basic knowledge or experience in accounting/bookkeeping Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English (Grade C or above) Great computer literacy, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines AAT qualification (desirable but not essential)
