An exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and supportive team of professionals. We are currently looking for an experienced
ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
who is energetic, positive, well-organised and eager to learn. 28-40 hrs pw for someone who LIVES within 30-45 minutes commute from our office (the role is
office based
).
Duties will include but not be limited to administrative, financial and HR responsibilities.
Qualifications & skills (required):
AAT level 3 min/part ACCA or degree in finance (or equivalent)
excellent written and spoken English
proficient in Excel
sound knowledge of SAGE
min. 2 years of working within an accounts team of a UK company
knowledge of the childcare industry a bonus (not required)
Financial responsibilities:
bookkeeping
credit control
Early Years funding
preparation of draft management accounts
preparation of data for accountant's review for year end
liaising with stakeholders over the phone and in writing
Administrative & HR:
record keeping & filing
liaising with stakeholders
insurance matters
maintenance & contract logs
an opportunity to do some HR work.
