To provide comprehensive accounts administration support for cash management, system/data maintenance and general administration.
The Role
Ensure all monies received are processed promptly and securely
Post all cash payments and credits into the cash journal in agreed timescale
Process cash refunds to customers and keep accurate records
Ensure that all outstanding cash and debt is followed up and manage in line with TPS procedures.
Complete banking either to collection by designated cash collection provider or submission in person.
Submit all TPS centre costs invoiced to investor accounts department
Produce regular weekly/monthly reports for centre vehicles utilisation, customer queries etc
Maintain filing system
Manage stationery, office supplies and process the post
Provide admin support to the warehouse team
Work with all other departments to provide consistent excellent customer service experience
Person Specification
Previous accounts assistant experience and cash handling responsibilities is essential
Excellent planning and prioritisation skills to manage a high workload in a pressurised and often deadline-focused environment
Good Microsoft Office skills in Excel and outlook
Professional telephone manner
Ability to build good working relationships with internal and external customers
