Accounts Administrator
to join our friendly and supportive office team.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone with previous experience in a finance or administrative support position. You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our accounts processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Process purchase invoices and credit notes in line with company procedures
Monitor and log supplier invoices and statements
Support general accounts administration tasks
Handle incoming calls and assist with general office admin duties
Maintain digital and paper filing systems
Assist team members with ad-hoc administrative support as needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills across all levels
A proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach to work
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
