Job Description

CE-Tech supply and maintain commercial catering and laundry equipment with numerous public and private sector clients within the catering, hospitality, and laundry industry.

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for candidates interested in joining our Accounts team.

Duties Include:



Maintain Sales and Purchase ledgers Bank Reconciliations Reconcile customer payments Produce customer statements Raising customer invoices Dealing with customer and supplier queries Reconcile supplier payments VAT returns Producing reports to assist with financial analysis Inputting stock levels onto computerised Accounts Credit control and dealing with payment queries Working with Quick Books Payroll Timesheets

Our Ideal Candidate Must Have:



A minimum of two years' accounts experience ideally within a small to medium size business. A minimum of two years' experience using Quick Books Excellent IT skills-experience of using a variety of computer software.
