Job Summary


We are seeking an Account Administrator to join our office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting functions and maintaining accurate financial records i.e. sales/purchase ledgers.

Responsibilities



Manage and process accounts payable/receivable transactions using QuickBooks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Assist in reconciling accounts. Support month end closing procedures. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely payments. Assist with other administrative duties. PAYE experience.

Experience



Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks. Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes and financial recordkeeping. Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role is preferred. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial documentation. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Work Location: In person
