CQC Limited is a Barnstaple-based manufacturing business. The company is looking for a part-time Accounts Administrator with experience in this role.
Duties will include:
Sub Contract paperwork
Maintenance of sub contract spreadsheets
Monthly VAT return
Monthly preparation & input of prepayment & accruals
Travel & Expenses - preparation, input & reconciliation
Balance Sheet reconciliations
P&L Analysis
Internal audits
Annual Stock Take
Purchase ledger
Deal with ingoing/outgoing post
Create payment list ready for authorisation followed by creating a BACS file
Create and send remittance to suppliers
Create new vendor/customer cards on NAV when required
Greet visitors coming through the building and maintain visitor log
Answer phone calls
Any other Ad hoc activities
Location: Barnstaple
Hours: Part-Time 24 hours a week.
Salary: Market competitive
The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or QBE, with experience in manufacturing industry. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software (Navision) would be an advantage.
