About You



The Accounts Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance function. This position is responsible for accurately processing and maintaining financial transactions including sales, purchasing, banking and general reporting activities.

The Accounts Administrator will work closely with the Finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies, support month-end and year-end processes and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records.

What You'll Be Doing



Prepare and issue customer invoices, with complete PO and delivery documentation. Post and allocate customer payments. Reconcile customer accounts and process rebates and credit notes. Record and match supplier invoices to delivery notes/GRNs, resolving discrepancies promptly. Reconcile supplier statements and maintain payable records. Process company credit card statements and staff expenses. Support the Finance team with audit preparation and year-end. Maintain finance records within the accounting system. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance finance operations efficiency.

What You'll Bring



Proven experience in an administrative or finance support role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proven ability to maintain accurate records and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and SAGE 50. Strong numerical and analytical skills Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards. Ability to work independently and take initiative when required. Proactive and flexible approach work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.

How We Work Together



Salary: From 26,000k per annum (pro rata) Monday to Thursday, 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. Fully onsite, based in Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 per week
