We are a dynamic and growing Demolition company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Accounts Administrator
to join our management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for numbers to contribute to the smooth running of our accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Reconciling supplier statements and bank accounts
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Preparing VAT returns and other HMRC submissions
Preparing payment runs and reporting to our QS to monitor cash flow
Supporting month-end processes and reporting
Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
General administrative duties
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar finance/admin role
Proficiency with accounting software Sage
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organisational skills
AAT qualification (desirable but not essential)
