Administrator wanted to join a growing Accountancy Practice in Chichester. You will be responsible for daily contact with clients.
You will be responsible for:
Daily communications with clients
Processing of bills and expenses
Processing bank payment
Communicating with suppliers and clients
Preparing a list of bills to be paid
Paying suppliers weekly
Dealing with any other client requests
If you are an Administrator who is looking for a new challenge in a friendly environment and core to an expanding team, this is the opportunity for you.
You will be working with a team of Administrators and Bookkeepers, and training will be provided.
Skills Required:
Passion for getting it right when it comes to tasks
Love dealing with clients
Great attention to detail
Is process driven
Knowledge of Xero and FreeAgent (Training will be provided)
Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Qualifications Required:
Proven track record of customer satisfaction.
