Job Description

4site Consulting is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator to support our dynamic accounts team. In this role, you'll be key to the smooth running of our financial operations, ensuring timely invoicing, accurate payment reconciliation, and efficient credit control - all while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:



Generate, preview, and distribute client invoices and credit notes accurately and on time. Administer accounts payable by processing purchase orders, recording supplier invoices, and sending remittances. Reconcile incoming payments with the accounts receivable ledger, resolving discrepancies where necessary. Assist with credit control to maintain minimal outstanding debt, under the guidance of the Facilities & Finance Director. Provide administrative support to the Office Services team and cover general office duties when needed. Maintain professional communication via email and phone, offering outstanding customer and supplier support. Support the ongoing improvement of systems and processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.

What We're Looking For:



Prior experience in accounts administration, finance, or a similar administrative role. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Familiarity with accounting software and databases (training can be provided). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
