Accounts Administrator (Full-Time or Part-Time)

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our friendly office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in computerised accounting software who enjoys working in an organised and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain sales and purchase ledgers
Complete bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently
Use Xero (or similar accounting software) for day-to-day finance tasks
Assist with general office administration and customer enquiries
Prepare and manage data in Excel
Support with Payroll duties as needed
About You
Experience using Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar software
Strong numerical accuracy and excellent attention to detail
Methodical, organised, and able to work independently
Confident using Excel and basic spreadsheets
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Payroll experience is highly desirable
