We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts department, providing support and maintaining accurate records. This position requires excellent organisational skills, and proficiency in various software applications.
Duties
To provide support to the Financial Controller
To complete regular updates of the company CRM system for Cash in from the company bank.
Upload Invoices onto the company accounting system
Regular bank reconciliations on the company accounting system
Weekly importing of completed cases on the company accounting system
Weekly and Monthly invoicing to partners.
Checking commission statement for clawbacks
Daily review of post for finance department
Work through daily payment requests from staff
Monthly audits to check CRM cost section being updated correctly.
Updating and maintaining both purchase ledger and sales ledger.
Support in preparation of monthly management accounts
Support in Monthly Payroll
Experience
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
