Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Account Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial administration and be proficient in accounting software such as , Sage.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Process invoices and expense claims accurately
- Reconcile financial statements and prepare reports
- Assist with month-end financial activities
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in, Sage or other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 14.00-20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
