We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join Belvoir Melton Mowbray and Bingham as an Accounts Administrator on a part time basis at our Melton Mowbray office. This is a varied position and will involve accounting and admin tasks within our busy property sales and lettings business. The role would suit someone with similar client account and property letting experience or someone with accounting experience in a different industry. The role will be challenging, interesting, varied and rewarding.

Personal Specification
We are looking for part time individuals looking to work between 20-30 hours a week spread over 5 days. We want to hear from enthusiastic and creative individuals interested in working in our residential sales and lettings office in Melton Mowbray. The role would suit someone with past experience in property lettings (but not essential) or someone with other relevant experience. The candidate that we are looking for will ideally have some of the following attributes - experience in property lettings, be confident, possess excellent telephone and organisational skills, be able to communicate in a professional manner with a range of people, be able to multi task within a busy environment, and work well as part of a team with honesty, integrity and trust. Good computer skills, confidence, dealing with people and attention to detail are vital as is a genuine interest in the property market.
- Producing annual tax statements for landlords and dealing with HMRC as required
- Various lettings administration tasks - managing insurance renewals, producing tenancy documentation and notices, deposit management
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors regarding any accounting queries
- Working as part of a small team, answering the telephone, greeting customers in the office
Part of the role will involve administration in other areas of the business, ad hoc activities when required and generally being involved with and supporting the rest of the team. This role would suit someone who is honest, loyal, dedicated, enthusiastic, gets satisfaction from doing a good job, provides excellent customer service and enjoys working with a variety of people.
