POSITION - FULL-TIME ACCOUNTS OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Moore's Dental Studio has been based in Mold, North Wales for over 40 years and is looking to recruit a new member to the admin team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking to recruit an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent accounting and IT skills to join the busy admin team at our dental laboratory in Mold. It is an interesting and varied role where you will be responsible for various administration tasks throughout the lab.
If you are willing to learn and have an enthusiastic can-do attitude, we will provide the required training for you to develop further with opportunity for progression.
THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE:
Ensuring daily tasks are planned and actioned in a timely manner
Accurately booking work in and out in good time for collection/delivery deadlines
Handling and responding to correspondence including phone calls, emails,
WhatsApp etc
Processing purchase orders
Credit control
Placing orders with suppliers, checking and negotiating prices
Processing sales and purchase invoices and receipts
Stock control
General admin duties
Downloading digital scans - training will be given
Using in house dental scheduling software (Labtrac) - training will be given
Producing regular reports
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to
deadlines
Proficient in the use Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook
Accuracy with figures and familiar with Xero accounting software
Ability to adapt to new software systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written at all levels
The ability to work without supervision
The ability to prioritise own workload and manage expectations
Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, presentations and compiling
reports
Problem solving
Awareness of confidentiality, Data Privacy and GDPR
Self-motivated & conscientious with drive to develop and progress
Reliable & punctual with a degree of flexibility
DESIRED SKILLS
Interest in social media promotion
Driver with driving license
