The Role
We are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our friendly team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our managed properties. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of properties, handling service charge accounts, processing invoices, and liaising with property managers and clients. The role will be varied and interesting with opportunities to improve your skills.
Key responsibilities
Corresponding with clients via email, letter and telephone regarding all property finances.
Chasing any outstanding service charges and Ground Rent invoices as per the terms of the Lease.
Chasing all service charges and Ground Rent arrears.
Assisting in collating and reviewing the financial information for the Year End Accounts.
Data entry on the software package for any new blocks.
Uploading all invoices onto the software and paying within a timely manner.
Reconciling of the banking transactions against the software and submitting monthly reconciliations for approval
About You
Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role (essential).
Property/block management experience is a plus.
Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
