Multi Catering Technologies are a family run business working with some of the most prestigious names in Norfolk hospitality. We are looking to add to our friendly team as we continue to grow and expand our business. The successful candidate will be a key part of monitoring and improving the financial health of the business.
Working directly with our directors and external chartered accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Reconciling Bank Accounts and Payments Sending Customer Statements Credit Control and Debt Chasing Purchase Orders, Ledgers and Supplier Invoices Payroll, RTI and Pensions VAT Compliance & Preparation Management of Customer Direct Debits (GoCardless) Management Reporting Timesheets, Holiday and Leave Monitoring
Skills and Experience
Accounts / Bookkeeping Experience Relevant Qualifications Excellent Communication Skills Deadline Management Working Knowledge of Sage Accounting Relationship Management Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets Good Computer Literacy Strong Numeracy Skills Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Due Diligence and Thoroughness Good Understanding of General Accounting Processes

Pay: 26,000.00-32,000.00 per year
