Our company is looking for a responsible Accounts administrator to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the Administrator include providing support to our managers and employees with Accounts support and daily and weekly admin tasks
Responsibilities of the Administrator:
Supporting the accounts team
Answer and direct phone calls if people are busy
Use of sage 50 accounts creating purchase order numbers.
Write and distribute emails / MS Outlook
*Processing expenses matching receipts recording Vat, filing and saving.
*Creating and sending customer quotations.
Maintain the Electronic filing system.
Maintain contact lists.
Book Accommodation.
Maintain site safety and training Certificates.
Liaise with and handle requests and queries from senior managers..
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience as an administrator.
Working knowledge of office equipment.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Word in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
