Job Summary



We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Accounts Administrator

to join our team. You will support the Senior Accounts Administrator and General Manager in delivering accurate and timely financial operations across the business. This is a permanent office based position offering 30 - 37.5 hrs a week Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities



Credit control and cash flow management Nominal ledger controls Cash book and petty cash management Processing supplier invoices and payments Setting up new customer and supplier accounts Bank reconciliations Preparation and submission of VAT returns Statutory returns (CIS, Intrastats) Monthly management accounts Assist in the preparation of year-end statutory accounts Updating and managing accounts and CRM software Liaising with external accountants

Provide support to other departments, including purchasing

General office administration as required Any other ad hoc duties

Requirements



Experience in an accounts or finance administration role within an SME environment. (2 Years) Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of VAT, CIS, and statutory reporting
