Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Account Administrator

to join our team on a part-time basis (1 day per week). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and maintaining up-to-date records using accounting software such as

Xero

.

Key Responsibilities



Manage overall accounts for three small businesses Oversee payroll and prepare quarterly VAT returns Handle all aspects of the purchase ledger Perform bank postings and reconciliations Issue invoices and manage petty cash Prepare monthly management reports Maintain accurate account records and perform account management. Manage cash handling and banking tasks

Experience:

Accounting: 3 years (preferred) bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
