Summary
As an Accounts Administrator at Frank H Mann you will be an integral part of our team, maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring a smooth accounting process from start to finish. This role requires experience, problem-solving and a positive, proactive mindset to help drive the company's growth and maintain our high standards. You will be responsible for the Sales Ledger and also assist on Purchase Ledger to a degree.
Responsibilities
Importing invoices
Processing credits
Credit control
Creating and managing Direct Debits
Journals, reconciliation and processing of payments
Weekly, monthly and annual accounting tasks
Nominal ledger assistance
Assistance with VAT and Year End
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of sales figures
Set up new accounts and arrange credit terms
Work closely with the current team and the Financial Controller
Ensure that all customers, existing and new, are assisted in a professional and timely manner and answer any queries or concerns promptly
Help manage, train on and improve internal processes, workflows and operational efficiencies to scale the business effectively
Communicate between departments and shifts to ensure seamless communication

You're proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (intermediate level as a minimum) and Outlook and you're confident learning new software
You have extensive experience in Sage Accounts
You can problem-solve quickly and understand that teamwork is crucial
You're efficient, you can streamline processes when you get to grips with them and you never miss the details
You have a "get-it-done" mindset and you're highly adaptable with a positive and proactive approach to tasks
Your previous, proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping or similar will all help you to grow quickly with us.

ONE PART TIME
colleague to work Monday to Friday.
The starting rate is just a number to fill the box - it will be regularly reviewed and discussed with the successful candidate. The eventual pay rate will be reflective of your hard work, dedication and skill set once you are established.
