Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing accounts payable, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. This role is crucial in supporting the accounting department and maintaining smooth operations within the organisation.

Duties



Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and support overall business operations. Maintain organised filing systems for all financial documents and records. Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.

Skills



Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices. Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with vendors and internal teams. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
