Job Description

Are you experience in operations, accounting and stock control? We're looking for someone to ensure the smooth of operations of a really interesting business going who are enjoying year on year growth. You'll provide invaluable support across administration, accounting, and stock control while being ensuring outstanding customer care is maintained.

What You'll Be Doing:



Sales Ledger

: Ensure all our clients accounts are settled within their credit terms. Sending monthly statements and dealing with all inquiries relating to invoicing and customer accounts.

Order Oversight:

Ensure daily orders progress smoothly through the warehouse, from packing to shipping.

Administrative & Accounting Support:

Keep our paperwork and numbers in check.

Stock Control:

Track and manage inventory with precision.

Customer Care:

Provide exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.

Your Key Responsibilities:



Print and authorise daily orders, ensuring the packing team is on track. Coordinate special and bespoke orders with internal teams. Create shipping labels and manage shipments across various platforms. Update billing systems with accurate shipping details and invoicing. Handle returned orders and resolve any issues promptly. Assist with stock checks and year-end inventory counts. Maintain accurate financial records, matching shipping costs to orders.

What We're Looking For:



A highly organized individual with excellent attention to detail. Strong administrative and accounting skills. A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset. Experience in logistics, order processing, or a related field is a plus.
