Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Account Administrator. As an Account Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the accounting department.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and transferring to the relevant department
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Skills:
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Minimum of two years experience working in a clerical and accounts administration role
