Our industry leading client is looking for an ambitious and hardworking Administrator to join their busy Accounts team supporting the Finance Manager and working closely with the Maintenance team too. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of Accounts team
  • Assist the wider team with basic payroll tasks
  • Raise supplier invoices
  • Chase any late payments via telephone and email
  • Communicate with utilities suppliers
  • Manage maintenance expense
