We are seeking a detail-orientated and organised Accounts Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our organisation, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and assisting with various accounting tasks. This position requires strong communication skills and an understanding of accounting principles.
Duties
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies.
Process supplier invoices, POD's, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers and suppliers.
Perform general day to day accounting tasks including filing, phone calls
Qualifications
Knowledge of Sage an advantage but training will be given.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous office environment experience preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
Salary dependent on experience
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 20,000.00-22,000.00 per year
