The Role
We are seeking a proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting functions and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: -
General administrative support to the finance team
Processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements
Handling supplier and customer queries promptly and professionally
Assisting with credit control processes - including managing customer direct debits
Support the finance team with various reporting requirements
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in similar role preferred, but not essential
