Full Time Lettings Accounts Assistant required to cover Maternity Leave
We are looking to recruit a Full Time Lettings Accounts Assistant,
working Monday to Friday
to join our successful, friendly, and hardworking team based in Barnt Green.
Robert Oulsnam Lettings currently have twenty members of staff in the department and over fifty-years' experience in the lettings industry. We manage around 1000 properties across the North Worcestershire and Birmingham region and are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).
You will be required to assist the Lettings Accounts team and your responsibilities will include
To carry out the daily payment process and produce landlord statements and remittances
To deal with all enquires in a polite and efficient manner
To be responsible for administration of insurance policy renewals and process claims on behalf of landlords
Liaising with landlords and tenants
To process contractor invoices efficiently and deal with queries and contractor statements
Release deposits and assist with reconciliation of deposit account
Monitor and collect rental arrears
Register deposits and issue certificates to tenants
Provide an excellent standard of customer service
Carry out general accounts duties as required
